Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a key opportunity for an experienced professional to drive initiatives that enable operational excellence and contribute to the success of our copper-gold mine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective production plans, ensuring that they meet site requirements and align with business objectives.
- Designing Production Plans: Develop detailed drilling, blasting, and production plans that optimize efficiency, safety, and productivity.
- Liaising with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various teams to ensure that drill and blast designs meet site requirements and align with overall business strategy.
- Troubleshooting and Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to identify and address any issues related to drilling, blasting, and production activities, ensuring that they are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitoring Performance: Review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize production processes.
- Managing Projects: Lead projects aimed at improving processes and practices, working closely with other Mining Engineering functions as required.
- Safety and Incident Investigations: Assist with incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement actions to improve site safety performance.
