This role involves working closely with high-achieving directors who are spearheading growth in the commercial property sector. As a dedicated Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include managing complex schedules for internal and external meetings, project updates, client follow-ups, site visits, and event planning as required. Additionally, you will assist the team in overseeing project frameworks to ensure timely deliverables, tracking deadlines, and reporting directly to directors when necessary.

Key to this role is crafting, collating, and formatting essential documents, presentations, proposals, and property lists while maintaining impeccable finesse and attention to detail in interactions with clients. You will also provide business development support by conducting market research to identify potential leads and collaborating with analysts to develop and present targeted lists, facilitating networking and growth opportunities.

Furthermore, you will play a vital administrative support role, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting with day-to-day tasks.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership teams in sales-driven environments
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Proven expertise in sales, projects, or events coordination
  • Impeccable eye for detail and ability to thrive in a rapidly growing business
  • Comfortable using initiative, voicing opinions, and stepping up when needed
