Job Title: Dedicated Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dedicated Support Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support and care to people with disabilities.

About the Role

This is a casual position that requires flexibility and reliability. As a Dedicated Support Professional, you will work closely with clients to provide personalized support and assistance with daily living activities, community access, and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support and care to clients
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Support clients to achieve their individual goals and objectives
  • Encourage clients to participate in community activities and social events
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Disability or relevant qualifications
  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Medication administration experience
  • Hoist handling and personal care skills
