Disability Support Worker Job Opportunity

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
  • Provide emotional support and empower clients to reach their full potential
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred support for individuals with a range of disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • First aid certification and a willingness to undertake ongoing training
