Career Opportunity: Dedicated Support Professional
We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide top-notch support to clients in their homes. With a focus on disability and aged care, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
About the Role:
As a Dedicated Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized plans to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care assistance to clients with disabilities or age-related needs
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences
- Cleaning and maintaining client homes
- Developing and implementing personalized plans with clients and caregivers
Requirements:
- Minimum Cert III in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support or equivalent
- AHPRA registration (preferred)
- A valid Australian driver's license
- NDIS Worker Screening or National Police Check (Unsupervised)
- Working with Children's Check
