Business analysis is a vital function in today's complex projects and challenges. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements for ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for ICT solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and user needs.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, project managers, and developers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into solution design and delivery.
  • Identify and recommend business process improvements, supporting change initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
Requirements

The successful candidate must have extensive background in ICT and business analysis, with strong expertise in data analytics, requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.

  • Advanced technical writing skills and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including developing complex reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of Defence & Security sector operations, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications; experience in Defence and/or government environments is highly desirable.
