ICT Business Analyst Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering significant technology enhancements to Comcare's ICT and digital capabilities, contributing to the successful implementation of the ICT and Digital Strategy 2028.

The ICT Business Analyst will work independently on multiple complex projects, including application development, infrastructure upgrades, and cyber security initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting business requirements for new projects and initiatives
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews to gather information
  • Developing strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • Creating project plans, business requirement reports, functional and non-functional requirements, guidance/training materials, and system certifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess formal qualifications in ICT or Business Analytics, as well as experience in project management. Additionally, the following skills are essential:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
