Job Title: Business Growth Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Partnerships department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing distribution partnerships to drive new business growth, retain existing partners, and expand revenue with our largest and most complex software partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with assigned referral-type partners to drive successful referrals for the Lightspeed POS solution.
  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned reseller-type partners to drive successful product activations of the Lightspeed POS solution.
  • Handover and onboard substantive software partners to the Partner Programme on completion of their sign-up.
  • Deliver high-quality communication to partners and work to support innovative campaigns to their own audiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partnerships, channel, account management, or customer success.
  • Demonstrable B2B relationship building skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including group presentation skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive reseller growth strategies.
