About this Opportunity

We are looking for a talented engineer to fill this role.

This position combines technical work with direct interaction, requiring expertise in industrial automation and industry 4.0 technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand our robotics offering and effectively communicate its capabilities
  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers, assisting with activities, solution development, and product demonstrations
  • Create simulations and conduct proof of concepts to validate solutions and showcase the value of the robotics platform in customer-specific environments
  • Travel to customer sites for deployments, system commissioning, and providing hands-on support
  • Provide timely post-sales support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in industrial automation, mobile robotics, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with industrial components, PLCs, sensors, and robotics systems
  • Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in C++, Python, or ROS
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic skills for hardware and software issues
