Leadership Opportunity in Community Pharmacy

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to drive service excellence and mentor a dedicated team in our community pharmacy.

  • Lead operations at our established PBS community pharmacy, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care and team management.

  • Lend your expertise to our non-PBS site, co-located with the PDC Health Hub. Here you will collaborate directly with a team of diabetes educators, dietitians, podiatrists, and exercise physiologists in a truly integrated care model.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be instrumental in leading and expanding our professional services, including:

  • Leadership: Guide and mentor our pharmacy teams across both sites to ensure seamless, high-quality service.

  • Sleep Health: Drive our leading sleep health service, from diagnostics to CPAP trials and aftercare.

  • Vaccinations & Travel Health: Uphold and grow our reputation as a key community destination for immunisations.

  • Clinical Services: Oversee Webster packing, proactive health checks, and other professional services.

  • Project Innovation: Take ownership of new projects from inception to delivery, including e-commerce and the implementation of new service offerings.

What You'll Bring (Prerequisites):

You must have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.

  • Authorisation for administering vaccinations.

  • Current First Aid/CPR certification.

  • Proficiency in English and a valid Driver's Licence.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • HMR accreditation.

  • Experience or a keen interest in integrative medicine.

  • A proactive approach to upskilling in new services (e.g., UTI treatment, medicinal cannabis, lactation consulting).

  • Mental Health First Aid training.
