Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients
  • Conduct medication reconciliations and monitor treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
Shift Details

Tuesday to Friday, 3:30 pm – 8 pm

Ideal Candidate

An experienced Pharmacist with a solid foundation in pharmacy practice, eager to develop clinical skills in a hospital setting.

Minimum Requirements
  • General registration with AHPRA without restrictions
  • At least 3 years in community pharmacy or 2 years in hospital pharmacy
  • Permanent Australian work rights
  • Personal Indemnity insurance
