Pharmacist Manager Job Description

As a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist Manager, you will lead our team in a vibrant community pharmacy setting.

  • Oversee a fun and busy store in a vibrant environment that allows for Pharmacists to approach their full scope of practice.
  • Support and encourage the team, leading by example as a considerate and approachable Manager.
  • Lead the team to achieve clear and achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the store, as well as soft/customer-focused targets.
  • Balance the needs of the store and the team, while maintaining a focus on customer health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven track record of effective team leadership.
  • Genuine commitment to customer health outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dispensary operation.
