Procurement Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled procurement expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial impact, innovation, sustainability, and resilience across our supply base.

  • Create, deliver, and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including analysing market trends and identifying market developments.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, proactively engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions and unlock end-to-end value.
  • Manage spend under management, category complexity, and supplier performance to deliver commercial impact.
  • Analyse market trends, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain resilience.
About You
  • Proven experience in a procurement or category management role (directs), ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to influence and engage cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Experience developing category strategies, leading complex supplier negotiations, and managing P&L.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
