Job Title: Team Leader, Registration Services

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our Registration Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume, back-office registration services, payment errors and business client transactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of 8 permanent staff members who complete over 1 million transactions per year.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
