**An exciting new opportunity exists for a Registration Manager to join an automotive group specialising in prestige and luxury brands.**

Autosports Group is seeking a Registration Manager with an immediate start at our head office in Doncaster. The role will involve vehicle registration across several prestige and luxury brands.

**About the opportunity**

Autosports Group is hiring We have an opening for a Registration Manager, with an immediate start at our head office in Doncaster. The position covers vehicle registration across **multiple premium brands**, combining administrative functions with operational responsibilities.

**Some responsibilities include**:

- Managing the end-to-end process for vehicle registrations at various luxury sites in Victoria
- Handling transfers and plate swaps where applicable
- Preparing regular reports
- Ensuring compliance with VicRoads Dealer Certification Agreement
- Reconciling company credit cards
- Managing infringement notices issued by Fines Victoria
- Continuously working to improve system and process efficiency
- Managing and upskilling a team of registration clerks

**What we are looking for in you**
- VicRoads automotive registration experience is essential
- High attention to detail
- Strong telephone and administrative skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Office, accounting software, and databases

This is a fantastic role for someone with a positive outlook, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail, looking to start or develop their career within an accounts team.
