Senior Growth Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing analytics group, you will be responsible for championing commercial outcomes and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion commercial outcomes and drive business growth by leveraging data insights and analytics expertise
  • Evaluate and optimise conversion strategies across multiple channels and platforms
  • Analyse and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in Marketing Analytics or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing customer insights and commentary on customer behaviour-focused data sets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B Testing Platforms
