Property Leadership Role

This is a strategic and operational leadership position overseeing the Property Management Department. A senior property professional with expertise in team management, performance optimization, and business growth across diverse portfolios is required.

The ideal candidate will have successfully led teams of property managers or agents, contributing to dynamic regional businesses.

Key responsibilities include managing the property team, ensuring alignment with established values, standards, and compliance frameworks.

Portfolio performance oversight, exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants, and building strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders are essential.

Guiding the team in managing applications, lease documentation, inspections, and day-to-day operations, as well as driving conflict resolution and negotiation strategies, are also crucial.

Collaboration with directors to manage departmental policies and growth strategies, leading initiatives to expand the rent roll, improve client satisfaction, and elevate team capability are key aspects.

Regular reporting to business owners and contributing to operational decision-making are additional responsibilities.

Full department leadership including recruitment, performance management, and professional development are also expected.
