Job Title: Administration Officer

Administrative professionals play a vital role in the smooth operation of organizations.

About the Position:
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the team.
  • Ensuring office tasks and systems are carried out with consideration for Yolōu culture.
Duties:
  • Manage bookings, travel plans, and itineraries.
  • Take accurate and detailed notes during meetings.
  • Procure necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with HR forms, staff records, and personnel files.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
  • Collaborate on creating resources in both English and Yolōu Matha.
