Are you a motivated and experienced Construction Manager seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team at Marble, a well-established residential developer in NSW.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the construction of our upcoming estate in Box Hill. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.

  • Liaise with trades and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage material orders and site logistics.
  • Lead a team of site staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

You will work closely with our construction team to ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification. If you are a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for construction management, we would love to hear from you.

About You
  • Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (highly regarded)
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in house and land estate development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed orientated and a strong understanding of the NCC & BCA.
  • Current driver's license.
