About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Foreman to take on a senior project management role and lead luxury residential projects from start to finish.

You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring it runs smoothly, within budget, and on schedule. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects.
  • Leading, coordinating, and managing internal carpenters, staff, and subcontractors.
  • Developing, implementing, and adhering to detailed project schedules.
  • Maintaining and managing pre-set budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and maintaining a safe worksite.
  • Providing leadership and support to foster a positive, productive team environment.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in high-end residential construction, with solid project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in high-end residential construction.
  • Solid project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Cert III in Carpentry.
  • Cert IV in Building & Construction (ideal).
  • Proficiency in construction and project management software.
