Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join our team in building and reviewing advanced financial models covering project economics, capital structures, and investment returns.
  • You will support debt and equity financing processes, engaging directly with banks, investors, and advisors.
  • Our ideal candidate will develop high-quality investment papers, board presentations, and financial analyses to support senior decision-making.
  • The successful applicant will conduct due diligence on new developments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • They will assess M&A and partnership opportunities, including valuations and risk-return considerations.
  • Monitor industry, regulatory, and policy trends shaping the energy transition.
  • Collaborate with technical, legal, and commercial teams on transactions and project financing.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to junior team members where needed.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure advisory, or energy/renewables.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (DCF, project finance, IRR/NPV, scenario planning).
  • Exposure to capital raising, transaction execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of energy markets, project development, or infrastructure deals an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and genuine passion for sustainability and the energy transition.
