We are recruiting Child Protection Caseworkers to work with vulnerable children, young people and their families in regional New South Wales. Our priority is the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children.

As a Child Protection Caseworker, you will develop safety plans, complete risk assessments, and manage cases involving high needs and high-risk clients. You will also participate in individual and group supervision, and be involved in court processes, including preparing court documents and attending court.

To be successful in this role, you need to be confident, curious and resilient. Key requirements include:

  • A relevant diploma or degree qualification (preferred)
  • At least two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people and their families (if no qualification)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • A valid driver's licence
  • A paid working with children clearance number
  • Documented verification of Aboriginality

The annual salary for this position is estimated at around $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
