About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team at Goodstart Tamworth. As a key member of our educational team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality early learning programs to our 3-5 year old children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of educational policies and procedures
