Personalised Care Specialist

We have opportunities in Adult Services and Children Services for Casual and Permanent positions.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people facing various challenges.
You'll work with individuals assisting with personal care and daily living skills, plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development, and complete daily case notes and admin tasks.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
- Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
- To work in Children Services, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and have relevant experience.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, Individual Support or equivalent
