Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our dynamic organisation dedicated to creating positive change and fostering meaningful connections through personalised support for individuals with disabilities.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $34.58 to $37.73 + casual loadings and shift loadings as per SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) and Super (12%)
  • Pro-rata First Aid certificate compliance allowance
  • Tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900 per year (pro-rata)

About Our Organisation

Our organisation is committed to providing client-centric, high quality programs and activities that provide whole of life support for people with disability.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
  • A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
  • A willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)

A typical day in the role of a Disability Support Worker:

  • Work with individuals assisting with personal care and daily living skills
  • Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
  • Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports
