Mental Health Care Specialist

This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health concerns in a custodial setting.
The Role:As a Custodial Mental Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care through assessment and management of mental health issues, discharge planning, and transfer of care.
You will demonstrate strong clinical leadership by developing and reviewing treatment plans and clinical review systems for patients with mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Be authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing authority.
- Possess three years' full-time experience working in mental health and hold post-graduate qualifications in mental health, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
