Sales Development Representative Opportunity

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads through cold outreach and follow-up calls.
  • Qualify potential customers and pass them along to Business Development Managers for further pursuit.
  • Complete comprehensive training programs to develop skills and knowledge in sales and account management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have 6-12 months experience in a BDR or SDR position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable with direct feedback and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
