Job Title: Career AcceleratorAt PaidRight, we are seeking a Career Accelerator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop into a Customer Success Manager over time.As a Career Accelerator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our customers by synthesising their needs, goals, and issues. You will participate in meetings with customers, tracking actions and progress, and coordinate projects including data entry and task management.You will also be responsible for preparing customer-related communications and assisting in discovering and implementing improvements to customer experience.In addition, you will collaborate with our Product team to inform prioritisation decisions and work with our Growth team to assist through the sales pipeline.We are looking for an individual who demonstrates empathy towards customers to understand and advocate for their needs. You should have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as solid experience with G-Suite or MS Office.You will also need to exhibit excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, as well as display strong verbal and written communication skills.This is a junior role with opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced, growing company.
