  • Additionally, you'll coach Product Owners on prioritizing Epics and features and configure Jira and Confluence to facilitate effective use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of managing mid-sized development teams in an agile environment.
  • The ability to facilitate discussions among Agile teams and resolve conflicts with management.
  • You'll also identify and assess development needs, ensure relevant training programs exist, and encourage knowledge-sharing.
