Wood Plc: Technical Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Administrator to join our growing team in Darwin, NT. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our multidisciplinary projects and providing efficient administration support for our Key Managers.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires full work rights in Australia and the ability to relocate to Darwin. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven administration experience, a Business & Administration Certificate II, and relevant industry experience within Oil & Gas / Mining / Building / Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Key Managers and multidisciplinary projects
  • Manage a range of tasks with changing / competing priorities while delivering results at a fast pace
  • Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
