About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG). As a key member of our Distribution Centre team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Dispatch or Receiving operations, ensuring our team and all areas of the DC are complying with safety protocols, and leading a team of up to 10 team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of Dispatch or Receiving operations (Dispatch/ Receiving, Wrapping, Shipping, etc.)
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure our team and all areas of the Distribution Centre (DC) are complying with safety protocols
  • Conduct stock recovery and labelling.
  • Performs regular inventory checks and produce daily SOHG (Stock on Hand) reports.
  • Lead a team of up to 10 team members
  • Comply to all company policies, team member agreement (EBA) and standard operating procedures (SOPS)
  • General admin duties and other responsibilities as directed by the Team Leaders.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of previous experience with Transport, Dispatch, Receiving and/or DC environment, exercise a high level of interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, demonstrate personal and professional responsibility by coordinating the work of others and by being accountable for their own work, and support Supervisor with coaching, mentoring, and training of team members.
