  • Manage customer flow, setting the pace and standard for excellent service.
  • Drive partnership between sales associates, specialists, and operations teams.
  • Develop and retain talented employees through performance recognition and development plans.
  • Lead by example, delivering the Burberry Experience to customers.
  • Partner with management to set goal expectations and deliver performance feedback.
  • Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and Apple mobile devices.
Measures of Success
  • Monthly Burberry Experience evaluation score.
  • Performance improvement and development of associates.
  • Improvement in every KPI within the retail scorecard.
