About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our clients in managing compliance obligations, designing transfer pricing models, and navigating tax authority views and disputes.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in transfer pricing, who can formulate, recommend, and implement global tax transfer pricing policies for multinational companies.

  • Assist in Australian Taxation Office (ATO) transfer pricing reviews and audits based on economic principles.
  • Analyse the impact of international tax policies and prepare recommendations on their consequences from an Australian tax and transfer pricing perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model financial outcomes of cross-border debt and global trading arrangements, return on assets, and profit splits.
  • Project manage multiple engagements to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess at least 5-6 years of transfer pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment.

You will have excellent drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation, and advise clients on the implications.

  • Show strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental, and political factors that influence transfer pricing.
  • Hold an Economics degree, Accounting degree, Legal degree, Certified Practising Accountant, or Chartered Accountant qualification.
