Job Description

The Tax Advisory team plays a key role in assisting clients to anticipate how their business decisions can be impacted by tax legislation and plan for continued growth and success.

We work with various types of clients, including private businesses, listed companies, high net worth individuals, family groups, start-ups, early-stage high growth companies, and Australian subsidiaries of multinational corporations.

  • Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and assist with taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.
  • Offer tax guidance on asset acquisition and divestment (including due diligence), financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness, and prospectus.
  • Play a crucial part in client engagements, including regular contact, attending presentations, and meetings with senior executives.

You have strong communication skills and are able to distill complex concepts into clear language. You oversee the creation of high-quality client deliverables and present to senior leadership teams.
