  • Coordinate delivery truck allocation and confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely entry of sales orders.

  • Prepare quotations, conduct stock enquiries, and confirm production orders.
  • Perform general office duties and maintain filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, construction, trades, or building industry is an advantage.
  • Stores or stock control experience is well regarded.
  • Strong client service and administration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
