Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Support Specialist to join our Toowoomba branch. As a key member of the team, you will be working on the trade counter assisting customers with sales transactions and processes or in our warehouse picking & packing and fulfilling orders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage phone enquiries, orders, handle sales queries and resolve any customer concerns
  • Process end-to-end customer orders
  • General warehousing duties - picking & packing orders, inventory management
  • Customer deliveries
  • Front counter customer service and active engagement in Trade Retail to facilitate sales process
