Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role:
  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be the backbone of our recruitment team, supporting with administration duties vital to our hiring process.
  • This role involves managing records and creating employee contracts when needed.
  • You will act as the first point of contact for our recruitment team.
  • A key part of this role is promoting diversity and inclusion within our workforce by aiding in the implementation of initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining diverse talent.
  • This includes contributing to national HR initiatives and projects.
  • You will also oversee internal mobility programs, facilitating internal growth and development opportunities for our employees.
  • An important aspect of this role is administering employee benefits, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
  • This role also involves managing the recruitment of casual staff and ad hoc junior positions in the business.
  • You will assist in crafting job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and opportunities of each role.
  • This role requires providing system administration support, ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment-related tools and databases.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a HR or recruitment administration role, or customer service role.
  • Experience managing small projects with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn & Instagram.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and experience in using a HRIS/Recruitment System knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
