About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for identifying client needs, developing lasting relationships, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for clients within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify and anticipate client needs, turning new opportunities into lasting relationships.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection for clients within your portfolio.
  • Conduct research, pool candidates, and build talent communities within key recruitment verticals to support your client portfolio.
  • Consistently meet performance benchmarks in support of the business plan as well as service and compliance standards.
