Management Professor

The Associate Professor or Professor position at Swinburne University of Technology is a key opportunity to foster a culture of innovation and excellence in the Department of Management & Marketing. As a leader in their field, the successful candidate will be responsible for advancing cross-disciplinary programs in Management, cultivating relationships with key external stakeholders, and engaging in public and institutional activities to enhance the University's research strengths.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement research programs that attract and manage external research income through competitive grants and/or industry collaboration.
- Supervise higher research degree candidates to completion and contribute to the mentorship of early career researchers.
- Lead postgraduate courses and undertake teaching, associated administrative duties, management, and curriculum development at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Demonstrate links with relevant industries, organisations, and research communities.
- PhD in Management or a related field.
- Teaching qualification.
- Membership of an appropriate professional body.
