Management Professor

The Associate Professor or Professor position at Swinburne University of Technology is a key opportunity to foster a culture of innovation and excellence in the Department of Management & Marketing. Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching programs in Management, including undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Secure research funding at a national level and maintain a significant publication record at an international level.
- Cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders, including government, business, and communities, to strengthen existing connections and identify new opportunities.
- Engage in public and institutional activities to enhance the University's research strengths and reputation.
- Contribute to the mentorship of early career researchers and supervision of higher degree candidates.
- PhD in Management or a related field.
- Teaching qualification.
- Membership of an appropriate professional body.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and manage external research income through competitive grants and/or industry collaboration.
- Track record of successful supervision of higher research degree candidates.
- Experience in postgraduate course leadership and curriculum development.
