Management Professor

Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching programs in Management, including undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Conduct research and publish in top-tier journals, securing research funding at a national level.
- Cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders, including government, business, and community organizations.
- Engage in public and institutional activities to enhance the University's research strengths, collaborating with Swinburne researchers.
- Supervise higher degree candidates and contribute to the mentorship of early career researchers.
- PhD in Management or a related field.
- Teaching qualification.
- Membership of an appropriate professional body.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and manage external research income, supervise higher research degree candidates, and lead postgraduate courses.
