Job Overview

We are seeking a specialist to join our team and work within a Centre of Excellence across Data Science. This role provides additional support across several key project initiatives, focusing on data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong business process analysis expertise, with some exposure or experience across data science and/or MLOps. They will define processes, design structures, and embed responsible AI practices into tools, workflows, and decision-making.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office in Melbourne CBD. The successful candidate will work independently, engage stakeholders across the business, and present solutions directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define processes and design structures for data science models to drive informed decision-making
  • Embed responsible AI practices into tools, workflows, and decision-making to ensure data integrity
  • Engage stakeholders across the business and present solutions directly to senior leadership to facilitate collaboration
  • Work independently to provide additional support across key project initiatives, leveraging data insights

Requirements:

  • Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • Strong business process analysis expertise with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Exposure or experience across data science and/or MLOps, with a strong understanding of data science concepts
