Job Description">

The role of the Senior Accounting Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial statement preparation and analysis, cash management, process creation and maintenance, and internal/external auditing procedures.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading month-end-close processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports. This includes analyzing and providing explanations for variances in general ledger accounts, reviewing bank and general ledger reconciliations, managing tax filings, and supporting annual budgeting processes.

You will also lead process improvement and automation initiatives within the department, continuously improving accounting data accuracy by analyzing processes, developing reports, and verifying information. Additionally, you will provide detailed analysis of income, expenditures, and capital asset values with comparisons to prior periods, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Master's degree in Accounting and/or CPA certification is preferred;
  • 6–10 years of accounting and managerial experience, including supervisory experience;
  • Healthcare experience is desirable; and
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, as well as excellent organizational abilities and deep knowledge of accounting rules and processes.
