About Us

At Serco, we provide integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. As part of this contract, we partner with Bupa to deliver defence-ready clinical and support staff across 50+ on-base locations nationally, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the provision of dental services to patients, including emergency treatments, general examinations, and preventative treatments. In this role, you will work closely with senior dental officers, medical officers, nursing officers, and specialist dental providers to provide comprehensive dental care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality dental services to patients, including emergency treatments, general examinations, and preventative treatments.
  • Work closely with senior dental officers, medical officers, nursing officers, and specialist dental providers to provide comprehensive dental care.
  • Liaise with patients to understand their dental needs and provide personalized care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of dental care policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Dentist, General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 2 years full-time postgraduate clinical chair-side experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent).
  • Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
