International Collaboration Specialist

About the Role:
The Global Intelligence and Engagement Officer will play a key role in coordinating international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events. Working under general direction, this individual will be responsible for collaborating with relevant team members across the Division and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events.
- Support in the preparation of engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in planning and managing visits and events.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing corporate reports, strategy documents, capacity statements, and formal correspondence.
- Ability to organise and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
- Experience using the Microsoft Suite to deliver high-quality business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence for senior executives.
