Program Coordinator

Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive training program for scholars and students participating in the New Colombo Plan. The Program Coordinator will support the design and development of high-quality e-learning modules, webinars, and guidance materials to enhance learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with technical systems for knowledge management, e-learning, or other purposes. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Support the development and implementation of training on e-learning tools and processes for key staff and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evaluation of e-learning systems and e-learning modules
  • Advise on the use of training, learning, and knowledge management systems to design training and guidance for NCP stakeholders

Collaborate with subject matter experts and relevant teams to ensure that the training program meets the needs of scholars and students. Ensure the effective coordination, planning, testing, and clearance of training products and procedures.

Provide administrative support to learning module development activities, including procurement, tracking progress, reporting against project plans, and other ad hoc duties.
