This position is responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle with a strong focus on onboarding, induction, and training coordination.
- The role entails coordinating end-to-end onboarding procedures, including contracts, documentation, and system setup.
- It involves organising and facilitating employee inductions to ensure a seamless transition into the organisation.
- The Human Resource Adviser will also manage pre-employment checks, such as reference checks, medicals, and compliance documentation.
- They are expected to support training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions, maintaining records, and liaising with providers.
- The incumbent must maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and calendar coordination, is another key responsibility.
- The role also involves processing and tracking HR-related invoices, liaising with vendors and internal finance teams as needed.
- Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner is essential.
- Assisting with reporting and tracking of HR metrics as required is also part of the job.
- The Human Resource Adviser must ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and upholding ethical standards in all HR practices is crucial.
- Managing internal communication related to new hires is another key aspect of this role.
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR administrator, or generalist role is required.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and onboarding best practices is necessary.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and managing employee data and records is also essential.
This is a key position within the organisation, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high-level administrative skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
