About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Student Support and Engagement team as an Equitable Learning and Disability Support Administrator. This is a fixed-term position until 31 December 2025, with a salary range of $68,318-74,178 p.a. Plus Superannuation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating in-class support for students with a disability, delivering routine equitable learning and disability support administrative functions, and overseeing the sourcing and maintenance of disability-related equipment and assistive technology.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize workload, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Equitable Learning and Disability Support Advisors and external agencies to ensure that students with a disability are actively included in all aspects of Chisholm life.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a post-secondary qualification in a relevant discipline and subsequent relevant experience. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be a key participant in the Student Support and Engagement team, providing timely responses and support to colleagues, students, and external support service providers. You will also be responsible for handling sensitive and complex scenarios involving multiple stakeholders.
