Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating complex technical and commercial requirements into clear, actionable user stories that resonate with both technical engineers and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex technical and commercial requirements into clear, actionable user stories
  • Work independently to deliver results quickly and thoroughly, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure specifications meet banking industry standards
  • Optimize processes, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure readiness for releases
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, conduct requirement walkthroughs, and support testing and go-live activities
  • Drive continuous improvement and enhance customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferably in SW Engineering or Computer Science
  • At least 3 years' proven experience in the field of requirements engineering in the payments arena
  • Experience in scope management, planning, and estimation
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships with senior partners
  • Experience collaborating with functional teams
  • Demonstrates structured process disciplines
  • Demonstrates understanding of the phases of systems analysis, the software development process, and/or functional engineering principles
  • Experience with payment systems and payment systems testing is a plus
  • Work experience in a global company in both agile and waterfall delivery models
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to effectively juggle a wide range of various tasks
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical leadership skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Office
