Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at FIS, focusing on Digital Payment Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with internal and external customers, as well as product teams, to analyze their needs and define solution requirements.

About the Role:

  • Customer and Product Team Interaction: Engage with customers and product teams to analyze their needs and define solution requirements.
    • Scheme Analysis: Examine 3DS scheme specifications and payment scheme specifications to advise the development team on necessary changes and facilitate requirements definition.
      • User Story Management: Create and update user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
        • Agile Methodologies: Work with SAFe 6 Scrum delivery teams.
          • Product Development Support: Assist in the development and delivery of product, training, and marketing information.

Requirements:

  • Business Analyst Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an Agile software environment.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
      • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
        • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
          • Time Management: Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize concurrent tasks.
            • Education: A bachelor's in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience.
